• Antonio Miriello was born in Catanzaro on 21 st December 1971. He took is degree in Law at “La Sapienza” University of Rome on 21 st May 1995. His graduation thesis, titled “L'archiviazione” (The Archiviation), was developed in Criminal Procedure, the chairman was the Professor Pietro Nocita. From September 1996 to October 1999 he carried forensic practice in Rome; from October 1996 to October 1998, he carried notarial practice in Rome at the Doctor Francesco Marino notarial office. He qualified as Lawyer on 26 th October 1999 and since 3 rd November 1999 he is a member of the Law List of Rome. He worked as lawyer from November 1999 and since October 2000 to 2016 he is having a stable collaboration with, the Professor of Criminal Law at the University of Foggia, Adelmo Manna Lawyer's Office.
  • He published the following scientific works: “Brevi note in tema di condotta punibile nel reato di associazione per delinquere”, in Temi Romana, January – April 1999, N. 1; “Brevi considerazioni sulla falsa denuncia di smarrimento di assegno e sul momento consumativo e l'elemento soggettivo del reato di cui all'art. 2 legge 15 dicembre 1990, n. 386”, January – April 1999, N. 1; “Il reato di cui all'art. 341 c.p. a seguito dell'entrata in vigore della legge 25 giugno 1999, n. 205: liceità della condotta o ingiuria?”, in Temi Romana, September – December 1999, N. 3. He collaborated, moreover, with the Professor Adelmo Manna to the fulfilment of the Usury Voice on the “Digesto Italiano”, Torino, 2004.
